How Does Laser Work?
Low Intensity Laser Therapy is the use of specific wavelengths of light to stimulate the body's natural healing process. Point Laser and superluminous diode arrays in the red and infrared portion of the light spectrum provide a comfortable concentrated beam of light energy. This is absorbed by the cells and used for improved circulation, cell energy and tissue healing, including improving cell regeneration and increasing the tensile strength of muscles, tendons and ligaments.
We have found our Laser Therapy to be very successful at reducing pain and inflammation and promoting repair of injured tissues. People have successfully reduced their need for pain killers, and have returned to their activities and sports sooner after an injury.
